1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using BillMaster ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria to create an account and use BillMaster services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
BillMaster provides virtual top-up (VTU) and bill payment services including, but not limited to:
- Airtime and mobile data purchases
- Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
- Electricity bill payments
- Wallet funding and withdrawals
- Peer-to-peer wallet transfers
- Loan services (subject to eligibility)
4. Account Registration & KYC
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. BillMaster is required by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to verify the identity of users. You must complete the KYC process to unlock full platform features.
5. Wallet & Transactions
Your BillMaster wallet is a stored-value account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and transaction PIN. All transactions are final once processed. Refunds for failed transactions are processed automatically within minutes.
6. Fees & Charges
BillMaster may charge service fees on certain transactions. Applicable fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. By confirming, you accept the stated fee.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or money laundering
- Hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the Platform
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional schemes
- Providing false information during registration or KYC
- Using another person's account without their authorisation
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR). We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Referral Programme
Referral bonuses are credited at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral programme will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.
10. Limitation of Liability
BillMaster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses due to network downtime or third-party service failures.
11. Termination
BillMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
